After your order has been confirmed, no changes or cancellations are possible. However, you can return the items after receipt for an exchange or refund, with the return shipping costs at your expense.

Your order will be processed within 3-4 days of validation. However, during periods of high activity or exceptional circumstances, processing and shipping may take longer. We strive to deliver to you quickly.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email. You can track the status of your delivery using "track my order" on our website or that of the carrier.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make your return. The garment must be intact, unworn, unwashed, returned with all its accessories and labels in its original packaging. If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions, the exchange or refund cannot be made.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Place the garment(s) with their accessories in their original packaging box.

Print the return form available here.

You must fill it out by indicating:
- Name
- First name
- Order number
- Contact details
- Reason for return

Place the form inside your package.
Don't forget to stick your return label on your box.
